This first floor flat is self-contained with separate
access and its own front door. It is centrally-heated and the windows
double-glazed, making it a cosy and extremely comfortable home no matter what
the weather.
When renovated in 2006/7, all furnishings and fittings
were new and to a high standard.
The living area and both bedrooms have double aspect windows with beautiful
views north and south over farmland to hills beyond.
| The cosy sitting area has comfortable
sofa, television, CD and DVD player, games and plenty of
interesting books. The dining table seats four and the china cupboard is well
stocked. The room is compact but pleasant and relaxing… a home from home. |

The galley kitchen is fitted with a
stainless steel sink, fridge (with freezer compartment) microwave, halogen hob and plenty of
cooking utensils. You will find iron, ironing board, clothes airer and
vacuum cleaner tucked away in cupboards. |
Both bedrooms have been furnished with
every attention to detail and have lovely antique furniture. There
are plenty of duvets,
blankets and pillows. All linen and towels are provided.... no need to
bring any from home. There is plenty of hanging and drawer
space. |
| The really large double bedroom,
windows on both side with views to Ben Lomond. It has a 6 ft super king bed,
its own spacious shower room (with large shower cubicle) and a
comfortable sofa/sitting area by the window. |

The good-sized second bedroom has 3 ft.
twin beds, room to sit comfortably, and a bathroom with shower over the
bath, as well as windows on two sides overlooking an ancient oak tree at
the back. |

Broadband wireless internet connection is available.
Boots and walking gear may be dried in the area at
the foot of the stairs. The owners will be happy to run a load of
washing in their washing machine and tumble dryer any time. There is a
clothes line in the garden for fine weather and a clothes airer in the flat.
Car parking is available off the lane. A sunny and enclosed little garden, with
outdoor furniture and drying facilities, is provided for the sole use of
visitors.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking in the
house.
