Sleeps four. Open all year round. Always sole occupancy.
Short breaks are normally offered for a minimum of 3
nights
but please enquire about two night breaks out of peak season.
July and August, Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays:
£395 per week (£380 for 1 - 2 people)
£ 80 per night (£75 for 1 - 2 people)
May, June and September:
£370 per week (£355 for 1 - 2 people)
£ 75 per night (£70 for 1 - 2 people)
October to the end of April (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays):
£310 per week (£295 for 1 - 2 people)
£ 65 per night (£60 for 1 - 2 people)
Prices are inclusive of heating, electricity, linen, towels and most
household essentials.
We genuinely aim to provide value for money and top quality customer care.
£50 booking deposit (non returnable) to confirm booking. Full payment by cheque, cash,
IBAN or PayPal is due five weeks before stay commences.
Reminders are NOT sent. Please make cheques payable to “Mrs J. O’Keefe”.
Boots and walking gear may be dried in the porch at the foot of the stairs.
The owners will be happy to run a load of washing in their washing machine and tumble dryer for you. There is a clothes line in the garden for fine weather and a clothes airer in the flat.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
